Mega Millions jackpot grows to $81 million

There was no big winner in the latest drawing, so the Mega Millions multistate lottery game has rolled over its grand prize to $81 million.

No player matched all the winning numbers to win the $68 million jackpot Tuesday. The next Mega Millions drawing is Friday night.

Although there wasn’t a grand prize winner, six tickets were worth second prizes of $250,000, though none of those was sold in Ohio. Another 43 players, including one who bought a ticket in Ohio, won third prizes of $10,000 each.

The winning numbers from Tuesday were: 12, 14, 16, 31 and 50. The Mega Ball number was 9.
