In North Carolina, the winning numbers selected Wednesday in the North Carolina Education Lottery:
Pick 3 was 2-5-6 (two, five, six) and Cash 5 was 4-6-19-33-34 (four, six, nineteen, thirty-three, thirty-four).
The numbers drawn Wednesday night in the Powerball were: 22-32-36-49-55; Powerball 08 (twenty-two, thirty-two, thirty-six, forty-nine, fifty-five, Powerball eight).
The Power Play was 05
Players matching all five numbers and the Powerball would have won or shared the $54.6 million jackpot. The prize now goes to an estimated $64 million for Saturday.

There was a Power Play Match 5 winner in South Carolina.
