Des Moines, Iowa An Iowa couple who bought three Powerball tickets during a pit stop for soda are claiming a $200 million Powerball jackpot.
Tim Guderian is a car detailer who served in the Marines during Operation Desert Storm. His wife Kellie is a sales associate at the Wal-Mart where they first met.
The Fort Dodge couple say they learned of their "stroke of luck" when Kellie read the winning numbers -- randomly picked by a computer -- to an awe-struck Tim.
In Tim's words, "It seemed like a dream."
The couple say they'd been living paycheck-to-paycheck.
The Guderians chose to take the lump-sum payment, which amounts to about $67 million after taxes.
Lottery officials say the odds of winning were about 140 million-to-one.
