Florida Lotto Jackpot Grows to $82 Million
Sunday, April 16, 2006 posted 10:22 AM EDT
The Florida Lotto jackpot is rolling over because no one had the ticket that matched all six numbers.
Floridians by the thousands flocked to gas stations, supermarkets and convenience stores Saturday to get their lucky tickets for last night's $64 million drawing.
Despite all the tickets that were bought no one won the big prize. That means the jackpot will now rollover to an estimated $82 million dollars for Wednesday's drawing.
There were some tickets that won lesser prizes.
Last night's winning Lotto numbers were 2, 4, 12, 35, 44 and 46.
Tickets matching five numbers are worth $5,306.50. A four number match pays $71.50, while three numbers will get you $4.50.
Again no tickets matched all six numbers, meaning Wednesday's drawing will be worth an estimated $82 million.
